Incorporating holistic, Swedish and advanced massage techniques to help alleviate tension in the body all massage treatments are tailored to meet your specific needs.

Treatment can be invigorating and uplifting or relaxing and de-stressing.

It stimulates the skin and helps soothe the nervous system. It increases circulation and stretches the tissues and ligaments keeping them supple and pliable.

Regular massage can reduce both emotional and physical stress and has many specific medical uses. It is particularly useful for relieving back pain, headaches, insomnia, tired aching legs and tension.

Indian Head Massage £30

This wonderful relaxing therapy includes massage of the shoulders, upper back, neck, arms, scalp, face, ears and energy balancing bringing about a deep sense of calm, peace and tranquility.

It can provide relief from tension headaches, migraines, stress, insomnia and can soothe and calm the mind and body bringing about balance. The increase in circulation can help to promote hair growth by nourishing the scalp.

It is performed with you sitting comfortably in a chair and fully clothed. Oils on the scalp towards the end of the treatment are optional.  Ensure you wear an old t-shirt for your treatment.

Recommendation: A one-off treatment is fantastic for a special occasion or for a relaxing treatment but to fully benefit a course of 6 treatments one per week and thereafter a maintenance treatment once a month.
